We offer a qualified apprenticeship to interested and committed young people.
If you have good business sense, are highly numerate and enjoy working with people you could become a successful
Banker (First available date to begin training: October 2012).
Every July we hold a half-day selection process to which we invite 10 to 12 candidates. In our "mini assessment centre" you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your personal persuasive powers, verbal skills and general knowledge by taking part in an introductory round, a role playing activity and a written test. The best three candidates will then be invited to an in-depth interview at a later date.
