Data Protection
The M.M.Warburg & CO Luxembourg S.A. is subject
to the strict data protection requirements of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and is regarding the
necessary governmental approvals for data collection and data processing by the National Commission
for Data Protection (CNPD) always up to date. The survey and any storage of personal data is part
of the Luxembourg law and based on the issued governmental permits. The unauthorized propagation of
such information to third parties is excluded.
